We may modify the T&C from time to time. Please carefully read these and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C then you must immediately stop using the Site.

PRICING
Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Customers purchasing from a country other than Australia may be subject to relevant import duty and tax. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any taxes or import duties, which may be applicable.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in AUD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online using Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to NOUVELLE VIE, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take reasonable care to make our Site secure.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. NOUVELLE VIE does not in anyway store your credit card information.

SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We offer a flat rate of $7.45 for all shipping within Australia, using Parcel Post (includes Tracking).

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Depending on you location, delivery should take 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

NOUVELLE VIE is not responsible for any purchased goods lost or damaged in the mail.

If you would prefer to have your items delivered via Express post (for next day delivery) please contact us before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly offer shipping to our international customers. Please email us to get a quote.

Depending on you location, delivery should take between 7-15 business days. If you would like to have your purchase delivered by other means please contact us before proceeding to the checkout.

Please note that any local duties or taxes are payable by the customer, and will not be the responsibility of NOUVELLE VIE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
NOUVELLE VIE endeavors to ensure that your shopping experience with us is a great one, so feel free to contact us if there is anything you would like to discuss about anything you have purchased.

We will happily exchange, credit or refund your purchase providing it is within 7 days of receiving the goods. Our policy is that all items should be returned unused and packaging still intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled due to use may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

In the event of any returns or exchanges, please contact NOUVELLE VIE first via our contact form, or email hello@nouvellevie.com.au. Please state the reasons for any returns or exchanges before sending products back to us. Returns and re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you do this via registered mail. NOUVELLE VIE will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

No refunds or exchanges are offered if the items are purchased on sale.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
We look over every item that comes in and out of NOUVELLE VIE. In the event that you have received an item with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace, repair or refund the cost. We ask that you return the product within 6 weeks of purchase.

Outside of this timeframe we ask that you email us to discuss and the decision will be left to our discretion.

Please note: We do not consider normal wear and tear as a manufacturing fault.
